At ROSE & ELISE, we want every order to be delivered safely, clearly and within the expected timeframe. This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long orders usually take, which shipping costs apply, and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.
Shipping Locations This Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered to customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the United States and Australia.

Orders may be processed through our international fulfilment and dispatch network. Depending on the item ordered and the customer’s delivery location, your parcel may be prepared by one of our fulfilment partners before being handed to a local delivery carrier for the final stage of delivery.
ROSE & ELISE is an online store and does not operate a physical retail shop or walk-in customer service location.
Handling and Delivery Times We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+0) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+0), during weekends or on public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

Order handling time: Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Transit time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 5 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on your delivery address, destination country, the carrier used and the item ordered.

Estimated total delivery time: Most orders are delivered within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
These delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, severe weather, local disruptions or incorrect delivery information.
Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the United States and Australia. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout unless clearly stated before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Carriers We work with external fulfilment, shipping and delivery partners. For the final delivery stage, parcels may be handed to local carriers such as Royal Mail, An Post, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post or another recognised delivery provider. The carrier used may vary depending on your order and delivery address.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this email will include a tracking number or tracking link.
Delivery Issues If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. If the issue remains unresolved, please email us with your order number and any relevant details.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. ROSE & ELISE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If you notice a mistake, please contact us at info@roseandelise.com as soon as possible.
Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels If a delivery attempt fails or your parcel is taken to a pickup point, it is your responsibility to collect it or rearrange delivery. Additional delivery costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging/item and a short explanation.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
